Hereafter are the guidelines for your poster abstract submission

The submission deadline is 1st May 2019.
Note : Authors can’t have a poster presentation AND an oral presentation.
Please do not use “ecpa2019@agrotic.org” to send your poster abstract.
As soon as we receive your file, we will send you a confirmation by email.
When preparing your abstract please strictly adhere to the authors instructions specified in the guidelines. The guidelines for poster abstract are available in the doc file above this text. Abstract must be written in English (British spelling). Prior to submission please have your abstract checked for correct language by a native English speaker. Abstracts with serious linguistic shortcomings will not be accepted for publication. The abstracts will be subject to a selection process. The number of poster presentation will be limited to 80.
Decision on acceptance of poster presentation will be communicated by 15th May 2019.
Please note: Only payment of the registration fee entitles you to have your abstract printed in the Proceedings. Registrations are open. We encourage you to register early and arrange your travel in good time in order to minimise costs. Although the Poster acceptance deadline is after the closure of Early Bird Registration (15th April 2019), authors of accepted posters will have an option to register at the Early Bird rate.This will only be available to the presenting author.
